Return Policy

Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please call 014016773 for return authorisation. Unauthorised returns will be refused. Unwanted, faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase receipt. A refund or exchange will be given provided goods are in 'as new' condition and have not had any tyres fitted to them or been mounted on a vehicle, with ALL packaging and are suitable for resale. A 20% handling charge applies for unwanted goods. Returns will not be accepted for wheels which have had tyres fitted to them in ANY circumstances. The customer is always responsible for the safe return of goods. Please send returns via courier. It is the buyers/customers responsibility to pay return postage in the case of unwanted goods. Faulty goods must be returned according to the manufacturers instruction. Under no circumstances will Hotline Wheels Ltd be held responsible/liable for any charges incurred by the purchaser.
